The Board of Directors has appointed Philip Nyblaeus as President and CEO of Mercuri International Group AB (“Mercuri International”) as of yesterday. Philip joined Bure Equity AB, main owner of Mercuri International, almost 14 years ago and has held the position of acting Chief Transformation Officer at Mercuri International during the last 10 months.

The Board of Directors of Mercuri International and Frank Herbertz have mutually agreed that Frank will step down from his position as president and CEO of Mercuri International.
